Honda of the Desert is the place to go for new or used cars. They take care of their customers and it doesn't stop when you buy your car. They continue to help and service your vehicle in the service department. Their oil Chang package keeps your car maintained and they also do an inspection and tire rotation!!! Mike is the sales manager..a nicer guy you won't find..takes the sting out of negotiating.. John is your sales expertise.. he is on the ball and there every step of the way.. Brandon.. my salesman.. stayed in touch, returned calls, kept me in the loop through the entire process.. Beautiful Danielle.. this gal is on the ball taking care of your car for the best preventative maintenance I have ever seen!!!! And smiling while she does it and asking can she help you with anything else. Honda of the Desert rocks.. that is why I have bought 4 cars from them. Do your self a favor and head on over.. I am a Honda Girl.

I leased my Honda HRV from Unicars Honda in Indio. When I went in to the dealership to buy the car off the lease and pay cash the finance person said we don't do that anymore you have to buy it from the finance company AND do it online. That is BS I said and left angry. That is not customer service. The next day I called zHonda of the Desert. I spoke to Greg the sales manager and told him my story. He told me to come to their dealership and they would gladly handle the transaction. Greg set me up with Micky a salesperson to get the paperwork going. She was so nice and efficient. I was in and out in about90 minutes on a busy Friday. That is what I call customer service. A great team of people sound a great job of taking care of customers. I will be servicing my Honda there in the future. If you want good customer service please go to Honda of the Desert!!! I will never step foot in Unicars Honda again. Desert Bob a happy customer.
